Our hope is that you enjoy your purchase and it lasts for years to come. If any of our products fail to last their natural lifespan due to manufacture or craftsman defects, we will replace it free of charge. Defective zippers or buckles, failing fabric seams, or issues with construction are some examples of what we deem a manufacture or craftsman defect.

Our lifetime guarantee does not apply to “wear and tear” which we define as damage that occurs naturally as the result of normal use. Products that have been lost or stolen, damaged by improper care, cleaning or negligence will not be eligible for our lifetime guarantee. Only products purchased from Bille Leather or an authorized Bille Leather dealer will qualify for our lifetime guarantee.
