We ship all our product using carriers UPS and USPS. We offer different methods at checkout to give you the best value. You can choose from ground to 2 day delivery service for most of the carriers we offer.
We ship orders as soon as they are received. If you order over the weekend you order will be shipped on Monday. If you need to expedite your order we do suggest choosing and faster shipping option at checkout.
PO boxes & APO shipments
We do ship to PO boxes and APO. Keep in mind some APO shipments make take longer than expected do to the locations of those addresses.
Tracking your order
When your order is shipped you will receive an email or text from us with your tracking number and a link to track. If if has been more than 2-3 days and you have not gotten notice of your order tracking please contact us.
Shipping a return
Before you ship your return please review our return policy and then you can start a return. Please do not send returns without starting a return request, that way we are aware your return is on its way. If you have any questions about returns in general please contact us.

Since leather is a natural organic material, each product can have its own unique characteristics and as such can have slight color, texture, and grain variations. - We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit with us.
- Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused and unaltered. Products that show signs of wear are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Final Sale, personalized and international items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- All products in the "Sale" section are only eligible for exchange or store-credit. Sales items are final no returns.
